Quick search is located at the end of a tool bar – whitespace. It allows us to easily find related document to document we currently have open – for example we can easily connect despatch advice with opened invoice.
To perform quick search click into this whitespace and start typing – only 3 characters are needed and the system pops up new window with search results.
Double-click on a desired document to select it, then you can choose what you want to do with it:
- Link document – links found document with opened document.
- New version – found document is a new version of opened document.
- Insert into case found – insert found document into a case of a opened document.
- Insert found document – insert found document into the opened document
