Synchroniser

EBA Synchroniser is useful tool for EBA administrators included in EBA Tools package.

It can be used to setup dependant databases, transfer settings (supporting document, users, document types, general settings, etc.) between two dependent or independent databases. Dependant databases are used in Accounting environments.

Basic principle of EBA Synchroniser is to set up a main database from where the settings will be synced over to another database(es) – new or existing.

EBA Synchronizer Use Cases

A) EBA DMS Accounting Setup

With EBA Synchronizer and EBA DMS Accounting Licence you can setup EBA DMS System to work for accounting companies.

EBA DMS Accounting setup means that Accounting Company uses EBA DMS as main company and all it’s clients are dependant companies within same EBA DMS setup. Accounting Company has full usage of EBA DMS system while dependant companies are limited to 4 users. Dependant company can not administer the system – only Accounting Company can.
