Adding new dependant database

  1. Run EBA Synchronizer as administrator
  2. Under “File” select “Main database” and select the database you want to set as you main
  3. Login with supreme administrator
  4. Under “Tools” select “Edit database connections:
    1. Press “Add” and fill in the necessary database information
    2. Once the corresponding data is entered press “Create database”
    3. Press “Test connection” to check if the connection was successfully established
    4. Press “OK” and the created database should appear on the databases list with a black status icon, which means it is still uninitialised
  5. To initialise created dependant database, check its box and under “Tools” select “Initialise dependant database:
    1. Fill in the corresponding information about your company
    2. Once the necessary information is entered, accept the General terms of service and sign the application
    3. Press “Send”
    4. Status icon of the selected database should turn to blue, which means it is dependant but not yet registered
  6. To finish the process of adding a dependant database double trigger “Send/Receive” in EBA DMS client
  7. After restarting EBA Synchronizer selected dependant database status icon should turn to turquoise, which means it was successfully registered
