You can create a formal letter to answer to received document with action “Answer”. This action creates new document and connects it with existing document in EBA DMS system.
To answer to a document open the document you want to ansewer to and select action “Answer”.
A dialog shows up where you can select whether you want to create a document with EBA Printer or from template.
Choose desired option to create new document which will be an answer to another document.
