The mail log automatically records all documents that has arrived at the company and has been captured in the EBA system, as well as mail that has been sent out of the company from the EBA system.
You can also use the Mail log for any other documents that are not captured or sent via the EBA system. Such documents must be entered manually.
In addition to incoming and outgoing documentation, you can also manually record internal documents.
To access Mail log head to Scanner room and click on Mail log tab on the left side of screen:
Set fiters and click on search to reveal results.
Add manual entry
Log document that is not in EBA DMS system.
Print search results
