Access list

This tab provides an overview of the workplaces that have access to the currently open document. At the top of the list is the user who currently has the document open and the time the document has spent in user’s office and date and time when document was received into the office.

By right-clicking anywhere in the tab you can select the “Grant Access” option. A window with organisation schema pops up where you can grant access to the document to another workplace:

Users with tick symbol already have access to this document.
You can quickly revoke access to a user by clicking the “-” symbol in Access column.
