In case you want to manipulate with documents in batches – for example delete them, transfer certain pages to another batch etc. you can right-click on batch in Processing menu to reveal certain options.
NOTE: A document can contain several pages and attachments.

Duplicate document – duplicates document (without its pages)
First page – mark page as first page
Add to previous document – combines current document pages with previous document
Divide batch – moves selected document into new batch
Divide batch and forward – moves selected document into new batch and opens dialog to forward it to user
Copy selected documents as attachments – copies selected document and mark it as attachment
Paste attachments – pastes previously selected document as attachment. Attachment is in .tiff image format.
Set as first page of attachment – sets individual page as pdf attachment.
Cancel as first page of attachment – define end of attachments.
Delete – deletes page or document
Rotate left – rotates selected page to left
Rotate right – rotates selected page to right
Recognise selected pages – force system to recognise selected pages again
Set document parameters – set document parameters for selected documents. You can set content data and/or data on supporting document.
Send to users – Opens dialog to send document to workplace
Send directly to user – Sends document directly to user’s office
Send to my office – Sends document to current user’s office
Send to my office and open – Sends document to current user’s office
Send by email – Sends batch via email as pdf attachment
