The EBA DMS system allows internal storage of certificates into the database it uses.
The storage of certificates is visible in the Administration > Authorization System section Certificate store.

The certificate store stores:
- all internal certificates that you have issued in the system with the SA, i.e. those that have the status of Internal Certificate,
- qualified Certificates issued by an officially recognised Certification Authority in the country, which have the status of Qualified Certificate,
- an active Top Level Certificate, which allows the company to issue internal certificates.
Each certificate has details of who it was issued to, who the issuer is, its serial number, validity period and status.
This section allows you to manage certificates. The certificate store also allows certain actions to be selected by highlighting a user’s certificate and clicking on the relevant buttons in the bar at the bottom of the screen or by right-clicking on the highlighted user.
Certificates can be imported and exported from the system, removed and the certificate data can be viewed.
