Contacts
Here you can enter the contacts to which the Control Center will automatically send e-mails in case of errors. You can specify a general contact, or separate them by groups.

You set the triggers separately for each service in the tabs.

You can set different triggers for sending notifications:

Service start – notification when the service starts
Service stop – notification when the service stops
Service start failed – notification when the service fails to start
Database connect failed – notification when the connection to the database fails
Port listen failed – notification when port listen fails
Unsupported Service Mode -Scheduler
task sucseeded – notification when a task is successfully executed
Scheduler task failed – notification when a task is unsuccessfully executed
Scheduler task terminated – notification when a task is terminated







Sender email address
Into Sender email address field enter system’s email address which will be used by system to send notifications. We enter address in format MAIL ADDRESS <mailaddress@domain.com>.

Receiver mail address
In this field we enter the general administrator contact, if we will not set contacts by groups, to receive system service messages.


Other – Send/receive status
In case the send/receive function is run multiple times – for example, by automation and then by the supreme administrator – the function will be disabled. It can be unlocked by clicking the “Unlock Send/Receive” button

Database backup
Here we specify the default path to the database backup, which is created with the ebaautomation4.exe -autobackup command. More information here.
