To set the exchange protocols, select Administration > Exchange, section Protocols.

When you select a protocol from a list, you have additional tabs for Receive Settings and/or Send Settings, depending on the protocol.
In the lower left part of the dialogue are the organisational units that can receive or send electronic documents. Sending documents is only allowed at company level.
Select Print protocol if you will only print the output documents and not send them electronically. For the EBA DMS system, once the document has been printed, this means that the document has been dispatched.
Enabling and setting up protocol
To turn on a particular protocol, click on the desired protocol from the list, then in the Address section tick the box in front of the organisation unit (pictured above as HQ). The input field for entering settings is on the right.
Below are examples of settings for the system plug-ins, for the other plug-ins the principle of setting and switching on is the same.
Fields with red background are required in order to enable exchange.
